1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dotnetkings website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dotnetkings and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dotnetkings.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

3. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms;
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
  • You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means;
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include:

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may be provided for a fee. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Fee changes will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@dotnetkings.com with your account details and reason for cancellation.

7. User Content

The Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material (“User Content”). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service.

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Service.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content for any reason without notice.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dotnetkings. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Dotnetkings shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Dotnetkings does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOTNETKINGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOTNETKINGS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dotnetkings and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in the courts located in Chennai, India. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue.
